Our aim is to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase and that you will return to Art Prints Gallery again. Here are a few tips to help you with your purchase.

Purchasing an Art Print

• Browse through the enormous choice of prints we have and make your selection.
• If you see a print(s) you want to purchase, simply click the 'Add To Cart' button and enter the quantity you require, you can add multiple prints if required in the same order.
• You can view the content of the cart, the number of items selected and the value of your cart at any time by selecting 'Cart' from the Top Menu (next to the shopping basket) and then select 'Show Cart'.
• Once you have completed your order, select 'Checkout' to proceed to checkout, confirm the details of the order and enter your billing address and shipping address (if they differ from your home address). The Checkout summary displays a 'Tax Total' which is inclusive in the Order Total.
• Please then select your shipping method.
• For Orders to be delivered within the UK (Mainland Only), we make a charge £9.95 on all orders with a total cost under £200 to cover Carriage, Packing and Administration - all orders with a total cost above £200 are delivered free of charge.
• For Orders to be delivered outwith the UK Mainland and Overseas, please contact us for Shipping Charges.
• Finally you will be asked to 'Confirm Order' before being re-directed to the Paypal Site for making payment.
• Paypal accept all forms of on-line payment and there is no necessity to already have a Paypal account to make a payment using Paypal.
• Once completed you will be presented with a receipt for your order.

Shipping and Handling

Your print will be sent to you in a strong cardboard tube by a reputable carrier service.
For Orders to be delivered within the UK (Mainland Only), we make a charge £9.95 on all orders with a total cost under £200 to cover Carriage, Packing and Administration - all orders with a total cost above £200 are delivered free of charge.
For Orders to be delivered outwith the UK Mainland and Overseas, please contact us for Shipping Charges.

Delivery

Your order will be processed immediately and normally be delivered by carrier within 7 days. If for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your request due to a delay, we will contact you by email or telephone provided you have left a contact number.

Our Guarantee to You as a Valued Customer

We guarantee your satisfaction and will do all we can to resolve any problems you may have. If you have grounds for a complaint about our products or services, please contact us immediately.

Your Rights

All goods sold on this site carry the minimum warranty guaranteed by law. The law governing contracts with artprintsgallery.co.uk will be Scottish Law.

Returns Policy

If for any reason, your goods do not reach you in the same pristine condition they are in when they leave the Art Prints Group premises and are damaged in transit, please advise us immediately on receipt. We will send you a replacement straight away. We may ask you to supply information about the type of damage which we will need to make any claim against the carriers and we may also ask you to return the damaged goods to us at our expense.

If you find the goods are not acceptable to you, then you may return them for a credit note (excluding carrier costs) within thirty days of purchase providing they are in "as new" condition. Please advise us before returning any goods so that we know to expect them and can provide you with advice about packaging.

Privacy

Any information provided to us by our customers will only be used to fulfil orders and adminsiter and enhance our services and products.
We do not sell or pass on any information about our customers to third-parties.
We may send you emails from time to time with details of new products or special offers that are available.
